BDS Training offers high-quality, accredited alternative provision tailored to each learner. Our pricing reflects the full support, resources, and qualifications provided throughout the programme.

Standard Placement Cost

£95.00 per Day, per Learner

This rate includes:

  • City & Guilds registration
  • All exam and certificate fees
  • Access to on-site products and electrical equipment
  • Full tutor support and resources

Short Course / Respite Provision

Mindful Art - The Holistic Approach

£810 per Six-week Course, per Pupil

Includes:

  • All materials and resources
  • Access to equipment
  • Keepsakes and take-home items

Additional Costs

Uniform

A one-off cost for uniform (tunic or branded clothing).

This can be paid by the referring school, parent, or guardian depending on individual school policy.

Meals & Refreshments

£3.00 per Day, per Learner

Includes:

  • Breakfast
  • Lunch (hot options daily)
  • Unlimited hot and cold drinks

Payment Terms

  • Invoices are issued on the 1st of each month
  • Payment is required within 30 days of the invoice date
  • Invoices are non-refundable once paid, even if the placement ends early

Placement Transfers:

If a paid placement is no longer required, it may be transferred to another learner after a 10-week block, subject to a £35.00 administration and re-registration fee.
