At BDS Training, our dedicated team brings together a wealth of experience, compassion, and practical knowledge. Each member of staff is committed to creating a positive, inclusive environment where every learner feels valued and supported.
Our tutors and support staff come from a range of professional backgrounds - including hairdressing, beauty therapy, social care, and education - and are all fully qualified, DBS-checked, and trained in safeguarding. We also invest in continuous professional development to ensure we stay up to date with best practices in mental health, behaviour support, and learner wellbeing.
